Birthday Cake!!!
Jack was not sure what to think of his cake at first. He is always a little cautious of new food and he likes to explore things at his own pace. Nita tried to spur him on with a finger full of icing but he was still a bit apprehensive about what this sugary thing in front of him might be. As you can see he figured it out just fine and before long was going at it hands free. The first time he leaned in for a big bite everyone in the room roared with laughter. That is when he realized he was now, without a doubt, the center of attention.
What you don't see in these pictures is the major melt down he had once he realized that his hands were sticky...
